    We are stoked to announce that we are hosting the CrossFit Defense Athlete and Trainer Course on October 15 & 16.

    If you are an athlete this course will teach you how to turn the basic movement patterns you already do in the gym (air squat, push press..etc) into self defense mechanisms.

    If you are a CFL1 Coach this course will teach you how to teach your clients these strategies and movements.

    Everyone works-out to make their life better. Don't lose yours because you don't know some fundamental self defense strategies.

    Hey CFD'ers!
    Memorial Day is almost here and we wanted to get this on your calendar early. On Monday May 30th we will be celebrating Memorial Day like most other CrossFit affiliates: by doing MURPH (1 Mile Run + 100 Pull-Ups + 200 Push-Ups + 300 Squats + 1 Mile Run for time for you newbies) and having a BBQ. If you have never done Murph before it' an experience everyone should do at least once. If you can't handle that amount of work we understand....there will be scaling options available.

    AFTER the workout we'll be having a potluck BBQ from 1-4PM. We have a white board up in the gym and we are asking you to bring a dish, a drink or donate cash to the cause. We have 5 categories to select from (Meat, Sides, Desserts, Drinks and a Grills). The BBQ is kid friendly, however know in advance that there will be beer and wine there. Even if you skip the workout make sure you get in for the hang!

    Hope to see everyone there.
