Of course I am on my first day away from CFD, and my most fave workout comes up.
Will miss you CFDers…yesterday was last day for atleast the summer. Healing my back with some non weight-bearing activities. God, I really am getting old!! Don’t be strangers.
Thank you to Eric ,Emily and other Crossfitters to help me go through this relationship.It’s been rough and sore(especially on my butt when we have long distance lunges!!!) I ‘ve never known that i have little athlate in me until i found Crossfit.So many things i’m looking forward to achieving in this second year,hope i don’t have to see crossfit counselor!

Thanks guys and gals!! Y’all rock!! Marjorie, wow!!! I can say that in the past year I have seen more CFDers get RX pullups than any other Cfit gym I have visited or been a part of. Guess that’s kudos to Emily and Eric’s pointers. Joe, you are next on the pull-ups!!
