Agreed Chad…in Denver and was so let down by the WODs for both the boulder xfits. Then come back to the CFD WOD and realize how much you dig on our programming. Sorry to miss this one

I ended up making it back in time to WOD. It was brutal.
Ben, another Fun Friday!!!! So much fun today, lots of work & PR’s, positive energy, encouragement, and of course Charlie’s noises:). LOL just kidding Charlie!!!
Chad. . . You were so awesome!!!! I love to watch people do strength work!!! Everyone supporting everyone. . . and people breaking barriers they have aloud themselves to be in!!!! I was so proud of the entire 4 class!!!! Days like today makes me smile!!!
