Eric–even though I didn’t finish under 25 minutes, I did lug that 24 kg kettlebell around and did unassisted squats, so I should get RX (I’m slowly getting back the use of my legs!)–thanks

thanks, Riyaz–but i think that truck started to sputter towards the end of the second row–i was just trying to keep up with you–i can almost walk up the stairs again!
