Neron, my friend and fellow Crossfitter, I am SO tempted to offer you a pathetic excuse for my 12:35 today, such as the wines and beers and 9 desserts (literally) that we shared after fellow 9 a.m.’er Jody VS’s birthday dinner this weekend, the all-nighter and following late nights spent on a crisis at work, etc., but that would just cheapen my time and rather embarrass me then wouldn’t it? Like I said, pathetic. So I’ll take another tack. My 12:35 is about me and my workout, not about competition. Competition is SO 2000-late. I don’t even notice anyone else’s scores and times anymore.
That said, watch yourself if there’s running, pull-ups or double-unders tomorrow. Good job today. Even if I WOULD’VE known 11:59 was my goal I couldn’t have gotten there. That was all I had. GREAT JOB.

Shoot. I did a little extra workout tonight just to be ready…and for nothing. Not that I care or am competitive, mind you.

I call it the high cardio gear. It is not that easy to reach it, but when you do, amazing things happen.
