Was anything specified as Rx?
Sorry to burst your bubble but Erica did 8 not 18.
Dare to dream!
Uh, yah- Kristan rocks! HA!
And I think I meant SUBjective, not OBjective in my last comment.
Proper English is really difficult some days.
True, Kelly- you should have seen Kristan. She was using the green 30lbs med ball and slamming a 60lbs sand bag. Way to go, Kristan!!!
But, let’s be honest- the number of rounds was all objective, according to what you did in weight. Everyone did something different, so there’s really no comparing on this one. Point was, go heavy! Or go lighter and really bust it out! Either way, challenge yourself to push the WOD, whether you had a 10 lb med ball and a 15 lb sand bag or a 20 lb med ball and 30 lb sand bag. This work out was all about each of us…individually working towards our own thing.
Thanks, Ben- I loved it!
Jesus, Erica – 18?
G: great job today
Geoff, you should know better
Neron is a mischievious one.
N: 11:27. You creamed me. Classic–the disinformation move…you phone in 8.15 when you actually did 10+ and with a 30 pounder no less?! So we were all laughing as your phone message came in but no one more than me because I was just wondering to myself (at that precise moment) just what the magic number should be. So I set a goal of 9, thanks.
Lucky Josh (my nine year old), we’re watching Star Wars again tonight so that I can learn some Jedi mind tricks of my own.
