  1. 289- push ups killed it- the bad killed it (54reps)

  2. geoff and neron please know that your posts are the highlight of my day :-) much love!

  3. Rob A. – 388 RX ! Right on.

He’s on my challenge team :-) so this reflects on me. Daphanie’s on my team too. Wow, I chose well.

  4. 352 RX! Sorry Neron.

(Of course, this was in a muscle relaxant-induced visualization, so I’m not absolutely certain if Ben will count it, the challenge rules aren’t specific in this regard, but I’m pretty sure that since I can do it he likely should.)

Thanks for the note. Also, Kristan, thanks for the inquiry…just a collision–rear-ended–with a stiff-neck & back as fallout. I’ll be back in no time, although I’m losing precious attendance points!

PS We sent our Goodwill Ambassador Miss Holly to give you a taste of our grit and grace, 0530 TM. Looks like she produced beautifully with a 344. She reports that you all are quite hospitable, went so far as to call you really nice, but that you run in the dark? It never occurred to me.

On the issue of leadership, lest you forget, 9 a.m. also claims one Miss Daphanie, who just won sectionals, so we are feeling mighty strong at the moment (although not attendance-wise). We are however currently in need of a membership coordinator, logo designer, and brand manager. Anyone interested?

  5. Uh oh, what happened Geoff???

  6. Geoff, sorry to hear about your situation, glad everyone is okay. That is real scary.

Interesting that you’re out and your team falls apart, we had a 9:00 member apply this morning for TEAM 0530 ™. Any other 9:00′ers looking for strong leadership and a brand you can trust, please contact our membership coordinator, Keith Calleja.
