Neron: You knocked it out of the park; not too shabby at all considering you were working on your double-unders the last time I saw you. Well, you were saved by the coach today, however. He stopped me this evening at 7 RX. He had a look of pity in his eyes when he told me no more--he had me put down the kettle bell with minutes on the clock yet. I assumed that pity was for you because he was trying to save you the embarrassment of my achieving 11, thereby surpassing your 10, all while heavily medicated and injured. But maybe now that I think about it, just maybe it was because I was pale, swinging erratically, and looking dizzy. Perhaps I might have come back a little too early. Now I'm not quite sure which of us the pity was for?

Geoff, 11 is your and my goal today. When working out in the muscle relaxer or relaxed muscle state does one sweat as much as normal. Also, I think I could probably do a muscle relaxer up.
