Just curious…. Are these full ROM sit-ups? I swear I see some daylight under that butt and only about a 45° rise after about 20 reps…. Can EYE use dumbbells next time? ;)

All I know is that even though there may have been a few lunges that weren’t quite deep enough, and maybe a couple of situps where I touched my insteps and not my toes, I worked as hard as I could, and never stopped lunging the whole way… I found our times equally baffling… but hey, there they are.

I’d find it very hard to believe that nobody else came up short on a few lunges or used complete ROM on every situp…..

Looks like we have some individuals for the CrossFit Games next year in the 12:30 class.
Those time were faster than the Games champions from this year….
Not gonna call anyone out but…..

Ben –
I just walked down to the Decatur post office after the WOD and my legs have quit on me. I am thinking the only responsible thing for CFD to do is provide ride service for everyone who did the WOD today and cant move!
