Coach Ben- thanks for posting Cross Fit Kid results. You ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maya – The best part about Friday’s for me is when The Future of CrossFit “The CrossFit Kids Class” begins. You guys really know how to have some fun when your exercising!
Eric
Thanks Maya,
The kids are awesome, that class brings so much energy to the Friday afternoon classes.
All the adults should take notice! CrossFit Kids Rule!
HI GUYS! It’s Maya from CrossFit Kids Decatur. You guys are doing a great job of thinking of workouts for us.
Thanks for all of the support in the 6:30 class this am. You guy’s rock! You don’t want to know how my cardio cough helps when I finished my winetasting at 10 am. That sled is a beast. I think that could have been a WOD on it’s own.
Chad – “Pure Awesomeness”, I like that….:-) The Awesomeness gets even better with each hour that passes since we finished the WOD, cause I have a bad memory….LOL
“I told the doctor I broke my leg in two places. He told me to quit going to those places.”

right on coach, i know it
i’m keeping my chest up
im just a little sore
but i know my form needs to improve
Hey Brent,
If your back is sore from cleans, stop pulling with your back. Form conquers all these little aches and pains.
This WOD was pure awesomeness. My teammates (Katherine, Chris, and Steve) totally gave it up and did an awesome job.
On a side note, I see my future and it involves lots of stretching unless I want to lie around in the fetal position for a few days which is unfortunately not an option.
is this some kind of a cruel joke?
my legs are still trash from this week of hell…
my back is sore from yesterday…
but i will be there to do what i can do
peace!
