Due to the anticipated hard freeze overnight and the resulting hazardous driving conditions, all classes at CrossFit Decatur are cancelled for Saturday 02/13/10.  Below is a workout you can do at home.  Post times to comments.  Stay safe, enjoy the snow, and rest up for a great week next week.

At Home Workout:
