Teams of 2 or 3 5 Minutes for As Many Reps as Possible at each station
  • Burpee Box Jumps (20'')
  • Watt bike for meters (1000m sprints)
  • Partner-toss sit-ups (14#)
  • 100’ Prowler Push
Each Team will start at a different station. Each team is allowed 1 piece of equipment. There is a 1 minute rest after each 5 minute AMRAP Score for burpee box jumps/meters/sit-ups/laps
