Part A: Burpee Handicap 3 Minutes of max Rep Burpees All team members working at one time Convert total number of burpees to seconds (1 burpee=1 second) Part B: Then for Time: 2000 Meter Row (250 Meter Sprints) 7x 100’ Bear Crawls 1500 Meter Row (250 Meter Sprints) 7x 100’ Partner Wheelbarrows (partner supports legs as other partner uses hands to “wheelbarrow” down track) 1000 Meter Row (250 Meter Sprints) Subtract converted burpees off of Part B time for Final time. WOD is conducted 1 person at a time except burpee and wheelbarrow event
