In teams of 2-3, complete in the following order: 8 x 200M Sprints 100 Pull-Ups 150 Wall Ball Shots 24’’ 300 Sit-Ups 8 x 200m Sprints 1 Team member works at a time- all reps of exercise must be completed before moving on to the next.
