Team Karen 150 Wall Ball shots for time ** 5 min time cap** Team Jerry 1 mile run 2 k row 1 mile run **20 min time cap** Dead Lift 5000 lb  ** 5 min time cap** Coach's note: Great effort today guys. I know these time caps can feel defeating when all you see for your reps is a dash instead of atleast a number. Don't let this one workout get you down. Karen and Jerry are infamous bachelors/bachelorettes for a reason and probably will be for life. Thanks for comming out today and giving them a chance anyways! Some people are just meant to be 'alone' afterall!

"Fight Gone Bad" Three rounds of: Wall-ball #20/12 10 ft target (Reps) Sumo deadlift high-pull, #75/55 (Reps) Box Jump 20" box (Reps) Push-press #75/55 (Reps) Row (Calories) In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
