“Murph” 1 Mile Run 100 Pull-Ups 200 Push-Ups 300 Air Squats 1 Mile Run For time. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Class times for Friday 05.27.11 are 8:00 am, 8:30 am, 9:00 am, 9:30 am and 10:30 am Team WOD Teams of 2-4 complete in order for time: 400 Meter Team Farmers Carry (2 bars loaded to #95) 100x #45 Push Press (deload Farmers carry bars) 200x Slam Balls #20 300x Games Push-Ups 3000 meter Row (2 rowers set with 1500 M countdown) Each Team is allowed 2 pieces of equipment

Team Karen 150 Wall Ball shots for time ** 5 min time cap** Team Jerry 1 mile run 2 k row 1 mile run **20 min time cap** Dead Lift 5000 lb  ** 5 min time cap** Coach's note: Great effort today guys. I know these time caps can feel defeating when all you see for your reps is a dash instead of atleast a number. Don't let this one workout get you down. Karen and Jerry are infamous bachelors/bachelorettes for a reason and probably will be for life. Thanks for comming out today and giving them a chance anyways! Some people are just meant to be 'alone' afterall!
