Does anyone remember the moment they fell in love with Crossfit or noticed that they were addicted? Malcolm is in his second week at Crossfit Decatur and I personally witnessed him take his first sip of the Crossfit Koolaid yesterday and today. Rob Miles brought Malcolm in and told him he had to try it. After "Helen" today I saw the new found dedication to fitness in Malcom's eyes and it reminded me of my first time Crossfitting and how quickly I "Drank tha Crossfit Koolaid" and became addicted.
