Team and Individual WOD Class will be divided into 2 groups. 4 Rounds Row 500 Meters Max Rep Wall Ball Shots (M#20/W#12) While one group is rowing second Group will perform Squats Time for Wall Ball Shots is dictated by slowest Rower 30 Seconds transition time between movements Score Total Wall Ball Shots for individuals Total Wall Ball Shots for each group Most Wall Ball Shots wins Row fast to limit other teams time for Wall Ball Shots

On the minute: Complete 5 Burpees and perform max rep 95 lbs Thrusters. The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters. *At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many thrusters as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep thrusters and so on until you reach 100 total thrusters. Any Burpees missed during previous minute must be recovered in the next minute. Post the total number of minutes it took to reach 100 thrusters.
