In 25 Minutes: Accumulate as many Sled (+#45 plate) Laps as possible. Accumulate as many meters as possible in 500m intervals Class operates as a single team. We will divide class in 2 groups to start WOD 1/2 class rows while 1/2 class does sled Push /Pull After every 500 m row you will switch out with a team member that is on the sled. Class is allowed 2 sled with a max of 2 people per sled. Track your personal meters for row challenge
