Continue as high up the ladder as possible

 

Rest 1 minute, then:

 

AMRAP in 8 minutes of: 1 Clean & Jerk  (95#, 65#)

1 Pull-up

2 Clean & Jerks

2 Pull-ups

Continue as high up the ladder as possible
