Teams of 2-3 people (2 people working at any given time)
5 minutes As Many Reps as Possible at each station. 
There is no rest during transition to next exercise!

04.14.10 Basic Training Results
"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Score is total reps from all 32 intervals.

one 400M Run
With the remaining Time
Complete as many reps as possible of Push Press (M#95, W#65)
Repeat for 5 Total cycles resting 1 minute after each cycle! 
Record slowest 400M  time and total reps!

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

1 Wall Ball Shot (20#,12#)

1 Burpee

2 Wall Ball Shots

2 Burpees

Continue as high up the ladder as possible

 

Rest 1 minute, then:

 

AMRAP in 8 minutes of: 1 Clean & Jerk  (95#, 65#)

1 Pull-up

2 Clean & Jerks

2 Pull-ups

Continue as high up the ladder as possible

 

Score is number of rungs completed for each ladder
