Every day, CrossFit Decatur members are progressing in strength, stamina, mindset, overall awesomeness – and loving it! Our programs are able to be modified by our coaches to suit to any fitness level and are perfect for people of any age who are striving to be better than they were yesterday.
Our basic training program is a 6 week boot camp to get your nutrition on track, teach you how to: squat, push-up, sit-up, ring row, run, rowing & press correctly and help you lose weight. This program is something you could for the rest of your life and stay very healthy, but over time we find that most people graduate from it and look for new challenges in our CrossFit program.
The aim of our CrossFit program is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares you for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.
While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
