Every day, CrossFit Decatur members are progressing in strength, stamina, mindset, overall awesomeness – and loving it! Our programs are able to be modified by our coaches to suit to any fitness level and are perfect for people of any age who are striving to be better than they were yesterday.
Our CrossFit program is classic CrossFit. We do 1 workout per day and the goal is to get you as fit as possible without the need to spend hours in the gym training. This program aims to improve your strength, gymnastics, and metabolic (cardio) conditioning all at the same time. The workouts are tough, but everything can be scaled/modified to meet your current level. Our mantra here is: stick with it, be consistent, hit the workouts with intensity, never avoid workouts or movements you don’t like, always eat clean, rest when you need to. We believe if you follow this formula the results are inevitable. Classes are 1 hour and include a warm-up, skill development, a workout and a cool down. Personal training is a 45 minute one-on-one with one of our world-class coaches. We will work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, and coach you through a program designed specifically for your needs. This is the best option for those athletes who are serious about taking their training to the next level or those who want 45 minutes of intensive attention.
