All of the workouts below have a 6-minute time cap. If the weight is to heavy for the form to be minded or if it’s so heavy that you cannot get 5 reps per minute you need to dial it back. The intended stimulus of Grace is all out barrage for 3 minutes, then call it a day.

30 Clean & Jerks for Time men use 185 lbs, women use 125 lbs
