10 Push Press (95/65 lbs)

-rest 2 minutes, and then-

In 9 Minutes Complete As Many Repetitions As Possible of
30/21 Calorie Row
20 Box Jumps (24/20")
10 Push Press (95/65 lbs)

Score is total number of repetitions completed in the 18 minutes of fitness you are participating in.

Fitness WOD is exact same structure and movements however the Barbell load = 75/55lbs and the Box Height same as Rx, but step-ups ok
