Workout Of The Day
Metcon (Time)
"CrossFit Circa 2004"
10 Rounds For Time
10 Deadlifts
10 Burpees Over The Bar (laterally)

Rx = 135/95 lbs
Fx = 95/65 lbs

This is a classic CF couplet you probably would have been seen often around 2004-2005. I feel like we let go of the light, fast deadlift and it’s hammy training potency and this is day 1 of us bringing it back!
