Workout Of The Day
Metcon (Time)
For Time:
1-10 Thrusters
35 Double Unders after each set

Rx = 95/65 lbs
Fx = 75/55 lbs

Do 1 thruster then 35 dubs, do 2 thrusters then 35 dubs…etc until you finish 10 thrusters and 35 dubs.
