Extra Credit
We’ve noticed many of you are looking for some extra fitness after the workout of the day. So we are adding a new feature called Extra Credit. It’s not a mandatory workout. It’s just something extra to do after the metcon, if you want to. We are programming it in an effort to help those of you who want more to avoid injuries by overtraining.
