WOD for 10.12.18

Workout Of The Day
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP x 12
4 Thrusters (no heavier than 155/105)
12 Chest To Bar Pull-Ups
8 Burpees Over The Bar

Goal is to get 4-6 rounds. The thruster is meant to be HEAVY. If you get less than 4 you needed to reduce the number of pull-ups or decrease the weight on the barbell. If you get more than 6 rounds you should have increased the weight of the Thruster OR tried a harder gymnastics movement.
