Workout Of The Day
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
5 Rounds For Reps
In 2:30 Complete 35/25 Calorie Row. With remaining time complete as many Push Press as possible. Use a moderately heavy to heavy load. Rx for CFD would be 155/105. If you cannot feasibly get 5-10 reps at that load in :30 please reduce it. If you cannot get off the rower in 2:00 (assuming you are working as hard as possible) please scale down the number of calories.

Rest 2:30 between rounds.
