Workout Of The Day
Front Squat (7 x 4 @ 90% of 1RM)
Power Clean (EMOM x 7 x 4 Power Cleans @ 90% of 1RM)
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Floor Press Death Sets

Go to failure on each of the following loadings of floor press for total reps

55/45
45/35
35/25
25/15

do all 4 loadings in a row, no rest between. Have someone hand you DB’s after failure.
