These weights are really heavy for non-mutant people. We have a few mutants at CFD so I am not going to change the Rx, but here are some other loading options for all us non-mutants out there. A good self assessment to decide on the loading is to ask yourself "do I know I can do all 3 weights with solid technique" if the answer is "no" then the weight is too heavy and you should figure out a different loading. Remember what CrossFit Yoda says "reject ego/pride and embrace scaling (aka reality)."
