Workout Of The Day
Shoulder Press (5 x 3 @ 85% of 1RM)
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
AMRAP x 8
45 Push Press (95/65 lbs)
45 Toes To Bar
45 Power Cleans (95/65)

The barbell weight should be light. Matt Shecter and Ryan Toth are the 2 strongest athletes overhead in the gym. They look at 95lbs and go "can I do all 45 reps unbroken"…you should pick a weight for the barbell where you ask yourself the same question.
