WOD for 8/22/2019

Warm-up
Ride the Bike for .7 Miles
10 Chaos Paloff Press (5 each side)
10 Jumping Lunges
10 V-Ups
Lactate Threshold Test (Time)
Do this until failure. Failure on this test is defined as quitting or not being able to keep the RPM’s at the required number for the minute.
Minute 1 Ride at or Above @ 50/30 RPM
Minute 2 Ride at or Above @ 55/40 RPM
Minute 3 Ride at or Above @ 60/45 RPM
Minute 4 Ride at or Above @ 65/50 RPM
Minute 5 Ride at or Above @ 70/55 RPM
Minute 6 Ride at or Above @ 75/60 RPM
Minute 7 Ride at or Above @ 80/65 RPM
Minute 8 Ride at or Above @ 85/70 RPM
Minute 9 Ride at or Above @ 90/75 RPM
Minute 10 Ride at or Above @ 95/80 RPM
Minute 11 Ride at or Above @ 100/85 RPM

Score is total number of whole minutes you could maintain at.
