10 upward/downward dogs

2 rounds:
1:00 min bike
:30 wall squat hold
:30 plank hold

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
While Partner A runs 800 m…
Partner B AMRAP of:
10 DB man makers (45/25lbs)
20/15 cal ski
Then switch when Partner A returns from the run
3 rounds, 40 minute cap
So yes, each person runs 3 times and does AMRAP 3 times 🙂
