In a 30 Minute Window Complete:

50 Thrusters (45/35 pound)
30 Pull-ups

3 Snatches (135/90 pounds)
15 Wall Ball (20/14lbs @ 10″/8″ target)

with the remaining time

Complete As Many Rounds & Reps Of CINDY as possible

5 pull-up
10 push-up
15 squat

Coaches Note
This is a mental toughness workout. It’s going to be hard, show up ready for it, There are no levels. Scale the weight so the snatch can be done fast. Scale the pull-ups to ring rows.
