Phil & Johnny’s strength and conditioning camp is specifically designed to protect your athlete against season-ending injury and improve on field performance. The goal of this week long camp is to to teach you new skills, proper lifting technique and challenge you physically and mentally in a way that will directly translate to improved in game performance and help prevent season ending injuries. Our camp is completely customizable for all skill levels and is safe for both beginner and advanced athletes.
Camp is suitable for high schoolers (this includes teens who just graduated 8th grade)
We have 2 sessions of camp this summer
$295 for 1 week
$500 for BOTH weeks
Fee includes a t-shirt, snack each day and copy of Coach Phil’s attitude warrior e-book and coach Johnny’s 6 Week Off Season Strength & Conditioning Overhaul Program that can be done at home with little to no equipment.
Camp will start at 10am and end at 1pm each day
